Process

Once you have purchased your pet portrait, please upload your photos through my Contact page and I will book you into my work schedule.
Once I have received your photos I will create a draft layout of your artwork and email you this for approval before I start painting.
After you have approved the layout of the painting I will make a start on the painting. Once finished I will take a photo of the painting and email it to you to make sure you’re happy. If there are any minor tweaks you wish to make, this is the time to request them. These will be done at no extra cost.
If you wish to make changes that are significantly different from the original order, then this may incur an extra cost.
Once you have approved your final painting then I will carefully package it and ship it to you.

Timescales

All orders take 2 – 4 weeks for me to complete. For shipping timescales please see my shipping page.

If you have a specific date in mind that you need your painting for then please contact me before purchase to check that I can accommodate this. Please note that orders cannot be completed faster than the minium 2 weeks as the oils need time to dry.

If for any reason I am unable to meet these timescales (i.e. unforeseen circumstances or injury) then I can offer you a full refund.

If I do not recieve your photos  and / or your layout / final painting approvals in a timely manner then I may need to extend the date by which your painting is due to be completed and I will notify you of this.

Copyright

The artist retains full copyright on all artwork that is produced. I reserve the right to use my artwork for promotional purposes, both online and in other promotional materials. The client does not have the right to sell copies of the work in any way without permission from the artist.
